About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, procuring, and managing the temporary accommodation portfolio, ensuring compliance with best practice and statutory requirements. This role involves leading on income recovery and write-offs, achieving high collection rates, and reducing rent arrears. The Operations Manager will also provide strategic insights to improve the service.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a confident, experienced, and adaptable self-starter, able to work proactively and independently. A strong background in housing management services and experience in delivering strategic initiatives are essential. You will be part of a dynamic team working towards a common goal: creating a better quality of life for residents.

Job Benefits

The Tower Hamlets Partnership offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous annual leave package, pension scheme, and flexible working options.
