Homeowner Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Homeowner Liaison Coordinator to join our team in Yeovil. This role involves working closely with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure they have stable and safe housing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals over 18 who are homeless or at risk, providing them with the necessary assistance to secure suitable housing.
- Maintaining properties to a high standard, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guiding customers through the process of housing benefit claims, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
- Working to turn around vacant properties within set timescales, utilizing skills and expertise to resolve issues effectively.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing a housing management caseload, with knowledge of re-letting properties, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action.
This role is based in Yeovil, with regular visits to two properties. Proficiency in using technology for support plans and benefit claims is essential.
A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
- 34 days leave FTE, increasing to 39, with options to buy more.
