Business Development Representative

At Insight Select, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing account portfolios, setting and conducting meetings with clients, and developing long-term relationships to exceed target growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing client relationships
- Upselling and cross-selling
- General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, a proven sales track record, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £20,000 per annum, and benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and hybrid working.
