About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our Aviva team as a Customer Service Expert. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via secure messaging, telephone, and LiveChat
  • Coach customers on how to use our online platform and support them in becoming more engaged in their pension
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver fantastic customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary between £24,200 and £27,300 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • A bonus opportunity of 6% (A & B grade) of annual salary
