Director of Quality Management System Transformation

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Quality Management System Transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to drive process-oriented, standardized, and automated quality management across our international business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute an effective Quality Management System transformation strategy aligned with business goals and industry standards.
- Lead the development of a Center of Expertise community to foster best practices and drive transformation towards standardized, lean, and process-oriented QMS.
- Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system, defining architecture, configuration, and technical features, and driving implementation and integration with other systems.
- Monitor adherence and performance of the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction through Quality KPIs and the BU-wide Quality Management Review.
- Responsible for annual functional budget assigned to QMS transformation and eQMS.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or general business disciplines.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT.
- Successful track record in setting up state-of-the-art QMS in an international context.
- Strong GXP and ISO regulations knowledge, with special focus on documentation management and common industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate throughout all levels.
