About the RoleAs a Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) across all business units and countries. You will work closely with our Vice President of Quality Assurance to drive process-oriented, standardized, automated, and digitalized operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the QMS transformation strategy, aligned with business goals and industry standards
- Establish and maintain quality KPIs, and lead the continuous improvement program
- Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system, defining architecture, configuration, and technical features
- Monitor adherence and performance of the QMS and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the annual functional budget assigned to QMS transformation and eQMS
- Proven experience of 10+ years in international companies and/or consulting in a regulated environment
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT
- Strong GXP and ISO regulations knowledge, with special focus on documentation management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate throughout all levels
