Job Title: Director - Quality Management System Transformation

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Quality Management System Transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive significant improvements in our quality management processes.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Quality Management System that aligns with our company's standards and international/national quality requirements. This will involve leading changes, re-organizing processes, and managing ambiguity and complexity to drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a state-of-the-art Quality Management System that meets our company's standards and international/national quality requirements.
  2. Lead changes and re-organize processes to drive business excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage ambiguity and complexity to ensure successful implementation of the Quality Management System.
  4. Act as a business system owner for the eQMS IT system and define its architecture, configuration, and technical features.
  5. Monitor the adherence and performance of the Quality Management System and customer satisfaction by establishing and maintaining Quality KPIs.
  6. Lead the continuous improvement program and drive a culture of customer-centric quality.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or general business disciplines.
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership position in Quality, Operations, or IT.
  • Certification in Operational Excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and preferably additional business certifications like MBA, Change Management, Data Management, Project Management.
