Director - Quality Management System Transformation Lead

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Quality Management System Transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive significant improvements in our quality management processes.
Job Summary:The Director - Quality Management System Transformation will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Quality Management System transformation strategy, aligned with our business objectives and industry standards. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a Quality Management System transformation strategy, aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Monitor and report on Quality Management System performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful implementation of the Quality Management System transformation.
- 10+ years of professional experience in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Operations, or IT.
- Proven track record of setting up state-of-the-art Quality Management Systems in an international context.
- Experience in leading changes, re-organizational, technical, merger & acquisitions, and managing ambiguity and complexity of processes, systems, and people impact.
- Strong GXP and ISO regulations knowledge, with a special focus on documentation management, and common industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus throughout all levels from shopfloor to management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills to identify and prioritize business opportunities, risk, needs, and lead complex projects from concept to execution.
