Director of Quality Management System Transformation

At Alliance Healthcare Management Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Quality Management System Transformation initiative. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and drive significant improvements in our quality management processes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with our company's standards and international/national quality requirements. This will involve leading a team of experts to design, implement, and maintain a QMS that ensures compliance, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a QMS that meets our company's standards and international/national quality requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to design, implement, and maintain the QMS.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on QMS performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement program to drive quality excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, science, engineering, or business.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a regulated environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position in quality, operations, or IT.
- Proven experience in setting up state-of-the-art QMS in an international context.
- Strong knowledge of GXP and ISO regulations, as well as industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
