Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our established local Estate Agency with offices in Southeast London and Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property sales professional to work with a well-known brand that has an excellent client base and takes pride in the service they offer.

The ideal candidate will have a great track record in residential property sales, be driven, proactive, and have a real passion for property. They will strive to deliver a first-class experience for clients and have a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Property sales experience
  • Smart and well-presented
  • Intelligent and articulate with good common sense
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Local knowledge of the Ebbsfleet area is an advantage
  • Driving license is essential
