Senior Sales Negotiator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating sales, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential vendors, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements, manage offers, and facilitate viewings to achieve sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and local market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative processes, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a residential sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and other technical tools to manage sales processes.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market, including knowledge of competitor activity, market trends, and local regulations.
