About the Role:

As a Lead Activities Coordinator at Exemplar Health Care, you will play a vital part in empowering the people we support to live fulfilling and happy lives. Your role will involve leading a team in organising meaningful and entertaining activities that cater to their diverse needs and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity plans that promote social interaction, creativity, and physical well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as necessary to ensure their continued success.
