Job Summary

The Client Care Advisor will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience for all. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and their pets.
  • Manage client interactions, including greeting, checking in, and checking out clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, ensuring they are fully informed about practice services and policies.
  • Coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day routines, including managing online bookings and payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure.
  • Computer literacy and ability to use online booking systems.
