We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Complete Roofing Systems Ltd. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a fast-paced company in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving high levels of outbound calls and relevant email activity to potential new customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Researching potential sales leads via online research, social media, and other methods to identify suitable targets.
  • Making initial contact to secure meetings for our Business Development Manager.
  • Following up outgoing tenders with clients and updating the sales team as necessary.
  • Liaising internally with various teams, including estimating, business development, and management.
  • Managing and maintaining our internal CRM system.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information.
  • Supporting the sales team and assisting with various tasks.
  • Generating sales reports and presenting to the team during sales meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No construction experience necessary, but it would be advantageous.
  • Previous B2B outbound sales experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to work to KPIs and report to management.
  • Strong lead qualification skills.
  • Rigorous and tenacious approach to sales.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, driven, and confident individual.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • A positive, outgoing person with passion, energy, and excellence in execution.
  • Strong and timely communication and response times.
  • Proficient in using a range of programmes, including Microsoft office products - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
