We have an exceptional opportunity for a Learning Disability School Support Staff member to join our dedicated team at CV-Library. As a key player in this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to various disabilities and special needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategies to support pupils with MLD, PMLD, and Autism (ASC).
  • Providing hands-on support with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility assistance.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A proven track record in supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • A friendly, empathetic approach, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is £35,000. Additionally, we provide regular training and development opportunities and a supportive team environment located in Stoke, Staffordshire, with a standard 37-hour workweek.
