Special Needs Assistant

At Academics Ltd, we're seeking a dedicated individual to support students with complex needs and disabilities.
This role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs (SEN), including moderate learning difficulties (MLD), profound multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), physical needs, and other SEN barriers.
To be successful in this position, you'll need experience supporting students with additional needs or disabilities. A confident approach to working with children with autism, cerebral palsy, MLD, SpLD, or other SEN barriers is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Role- Support students with complex needs and disabilities in a dynamic classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed.
