Special Educational Needs Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Support Assistant to support children with special educational needs in schools across Cannock and surrounding areas.
Job Details:- Estimated salary: £25,000 per annum
This SEN Support Assistant will provide invaluable support to pupils within the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
Key responsibilities include using positive reinforcement techniques and behavior-based instruction to promote learning and development, following individualized education plans (IEPs) to help students achieve their full potential, and assisting teachers with lesson planning, marking, and delivery.
Requirements:- Relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in Childhood Studies or a Teaching Assistant course.
- Experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school or setting.
- Additional SEN training certifications, such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach.
- A genuine interest in supporting children with extra needs.
- A variety of roles in educational settings across Cannock and surrounding areas.
- A dedicated consultant available 24/7 for support and guidance.
