The Ideal Candidate
- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably within a specialist setting.
- Be able to manage behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual pupil needs.
- Support pupils in developing their communication, social, and academic skills.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective learning and well-being outcomes.
