The Ideal Candidate
  1. Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Have experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably within a specialist setting.
  3. Be able to manage behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual pupil needs.
  2. Support pupils in developing their communication, social, and academic skills.
  3. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective learning and well-being outcomes.
