We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a leading health and wellbeing centre in the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable healthcare provider that values delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on patients' lives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in primary care, hold a V300 qualification, and be registered with the NMC.

Your key responsibilities as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency
  • Maintaining clinical credibility by staying current with the latest developments in clinical governance and risk management
  • Providing educational sessions and training to staff, enhancing their knowledge and skills
  • Adapting and expanding the role of the Nurse Practitioner to meet evolving service needs
  • Fostering effective teamwork and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Clinical leadership experience
  • Excellent teaching and assessing skills
  • Service-specific advanced clinical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • V300 qualification with relevant primary care experience
  • Proficiency in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office packages
