Job Title: Clinical Support Manager

Description: We are looking for a skilled Clinical Support Manager to lead our team in providing safe and dignified patient transport services. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and clinical practice, excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure high-quality care for mental health patients is provided by our company in various settings.
  2. Provide clinical and professional leadership and management of all operations in the hub and coordinate services in the field for frontline staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration;
  • Proven leadership experience and clinical practice in acute inpatient, secure or community mental health services;
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended 2007, Use of Force Act 2018, and Health and Social Care Act 2012;
  • Competence in implementing the provisions and stipulations of the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended 2007 in clinical settings;
  • Delivering and monitoring clinical supervision as well as providing mentorship to clinical staff;
