Responsibilities
  • To provide clinical leadership and expertise to the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • To conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to monitor the effectiveness of services and identify areas for improvement.
  • To work closely with regional partners to develop strategic partnerships and advance the goals of the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience at Consultant level, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Registration with the GMC, including being on the special register for Psychiatry.
  • A strong understanding of mental health law and policy, with experience working in forensic settings.
