About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident outcomes and care delivery
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in care

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing care homes or similar settings
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards
