Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art nursing home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the nursing home, ensuring that all aspects of care and support are delivered to the highest standards.
- Care Quality: Ensure that the nursing home maintains the highest standards of care, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and oversee financial planning, ensuring that the nursing home operates within budget and achieves financial targets.
- Team Leadership: Direct and train a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure that the nursing home complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care professionals, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance audits to ensure that the nursing home meets the highest standards of care and support.

Requirements:
