About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the care home. Your key duties will include:
- Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team to achieve their best
