- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within a care home or similar setting, ideally with a large care provider.
- Qualifications and Skills: Active NMC pin, in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards, and relevant qualifications in health and social care.
- Commitment to Care: Commitment to delivering outstanding care and fostering a positive, resident-focused environment.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
