We are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable individuals, working with an open, honest, and supportive approach. What We Offer

Our Home Manager rewards package is one of the best in the care sector, offering a competitive basic salary with bonuses up to 100%, essentially doubling your salary. About You

To join us as a Home Manager, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need to have excellent organisational and management skills, care home management, marketing, and occupancy experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
