Job Summary

We are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as a Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding personalised care to our residents, while also developing and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results. If you have a passion for person-centred care and a successful track record of leadership, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary
  • Work closely with our marketing and occupancy teams to ensure our homes are full and our residents are happy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CQC and compliance guidelines, ensuring our homes meet the highest standards

  • Inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care
  • A successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Excellent organisational and management skills, with experience of care home management, marketing and occupancy
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community
