About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Science and Innovation to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving scientific innovation and credibility across our platform. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a research agenda that validates our WONE Method and supports our unique position in the market.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a scientific strategy that drives business success through data-driven products and research
  • Leading research to validate the WONE Method and publishing peer-reviewed studies
  • Using real-world user data to inform product innovation and generate supportive evidence
  • Translating new scientific insights into actionable business strategies
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to integrate science into product development, marketing, and commercial meetings
  • Overseeing the Scientific Advisory Board and ensuring actionable insights are aligned with business goals
  • Shaping go-to-market and partnership strategies in the health sector
About You
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Health Psychology) with proven research leadership
  • Experience as a senior leader, contributing to business strategy
  • Healthtech experience with a strong ability to balance scientific rigor and commercial needs
  • Proven success in interdisciplinary projects, ideally combining psychological assessment, biometric data, and AI
  • Strong communicator, able to influence and coach across teams
  • Experience in a VC-backed startup, with the ability to build strategies from the ground up would be preferable
  • Preferably experienced in creating IP in healthtech and with knowledge of mind-body practices
