Family Wellbeing Worker

Job Description
">We are seeking a Family Wellbeing Worker to join our Enhanced Family Help team at Norfolk County Council. As a Family Wellbeing Worker, you will work with families to promote safety and well-being, prevent escalation of need, and provide targeted support tailored to their specific needs.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Motivating and supporting families to overcome barriers in parenting and home environment management.
- Supporting families to access other professional services, such as Mental Health, Health, Housing, and Benefits.
Requirements:
">- A relevant NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in an environment providing services for children and their families.
- A good knowledge of child development from birth to age 19 and factors of Neglect.
Working Arrangements:
">This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. Travel will be required as part of the job, and the successful candidate must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
">Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this role is £25,584 - £27,269 per annum, inclusive of a competitive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement, health and wellbeing services, and a local government pension scheme.
