Join Our Team as a PE Secondaries Investment Associate

Arkesden Partners is a leading global private capital investor with a strong presence in Europe, the US, and Asia. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our PE Secondaries team in London.

About the Role

As a PE Secondaries Investment Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and executing secondary transactions, working closely with our senior team to source and evaluate investment opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of deals, from GP-led situations to fund restructurings and strip-sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate secondary investment opportunities
  • Work closely with the senior team to execute transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and other materials
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory
  • Reputable educational background
  • Strong financial modeling skills and analytical rigour
  • Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate strong commercial judgement
