About the Role

Arkesden Partners is seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join their PE Secondaries team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing secondary transactions, including GP-led situations and continuation funds, fund restructurings, and strip-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of secondary transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and other industry professionals.
  • Contribute to the growth and sophistication of the Secondaries PE industry by identifying new opportunities and developing innovative transaction structures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory in a top-tier investment bank.
  • Reputable educational background.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, analytical rigor, and investment mindset.
  • Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate strong commercial judgment.
