About the Role

Arkesden Partners is seeking an Investment Associate to join our Private Equity Secondaries team in London. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and executing secondary private equity transactions, working closely with our senior team to source and evaluate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of secondary private equity investment opportunities
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and other industry professionals
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Contribute to the development of investment memoranda and other marketing materials
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory
  • Reputable educational background
  • Strong financial modeling skills, analytical rigour, and investment mindset
  • Ability to think outside of the box and show strong commercial judgement
