Arkesden Partners is seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join their PE Secondaries team in London. The team has over $5 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), with significant fresh capital available to deploy and the ability to take leading positions executing blue-chip deals in the market.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of M&A, Leveraged Finance or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory experience in a top-tier investment bank.
- Reputable educational background.
- Well-considered motivations for wanting to be part of the secondary PE investments space.
- Strong financial modeling skills, analytical rigor, and investment mindset.
- Ability to think outside of the box and show strong commercial judgment.
