About Our Client

Our client is a leading private equity firm based in London, with a global mandate to invest in a range of sectors. They leverage the expertise of their team across technology, financial services, and impact/ESG to build a diversified portfolio of high-quality, ethical private equity investments. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking to expand their Private Equity team in London.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to work across both sides of the business, taking a hands-on approach to private equity and advisory. You will be responsible for managing multiple work streams, making impactful decisions with limited oversight, and supporting the fundraising and deal sourcing efforts of the fund. You will also work closely with the team to execute capital raising and manage investment mandates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have analyst/associate-level experience within private equity, banking, corporate finance, or consulting. Proficiency in Arabic and experience working on deals in the Middle East or with clients in the Middle East would be highly beneficial. You will also need to have strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and knowledge of corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, and/or private equity investing. Additionally, you will need to be a self-starter, proactive, resilient, and a fast learner, with a genuine interest in both investment and advisory. Strong academic credentials from a leading university are also essential.
