About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Associate to join our team at Dartmouth Partners. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment activities, including project management for fundraises and the management of existing Limited Partners (LPs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the project management of fundraises, including arranging campaigns and roadshows, preparing materials, and pitch decks.
  • Support the management of existing LPs, including maintaining relationships and communicating with investors.
  • Contribute to the development of investment strategies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
Requirements
  • Direct experience in an in-house investor relations role or in the project management arm of a private placement firm.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Refined financial and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, with a natural interest in infrastructure and sustainability.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter attitude, with the ability to operate effectively with autonomy as well as in a team setting.
  • Fluency in French or German is desirable.
