Job Overview

Arkesden Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Associate to join our Private Equity Secondaries team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of secondary transactions, including GP-led situations, continuation funds, fund restructurings, and strip-sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of secondary transactions
  • Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and market research to support investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, fund managers, and other industry professionals
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Support the development of investment strategies and proposals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, or Secondary Advisory/Private Capital Advisory
  • Reputable educational background
  • Strong financial modeling skills, analytical rigor, and investment mindset
  • Ability to think outside the box and demonstrate strong commercial judgment
