Hiring People is seeking an experienced AV Technical Sales Manager based in the North of the UK to take on a home-based role with opportunities for travel. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer accounts, and developing business relationships.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will have proven sales development experience and coatings/chemical distribution expertise. They will work closely with the customer services department and operations manager to provide exceptional service, quality, and value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To achieve sales targets and growth objectives in line with plan by identifying new customers and progressing sales from initial contact through to invoice.
  2. To support and ensure continuity of business with customers through recognised account management techniques.
  3. To develop a time management programme and journey plan ensuring that customers are regularly visited at a frequency related to their expenditure and needs.
  4. Work with the customer services department and the Operations manager to ensure that they offer the best and unrivalled levels of service, quality, and value to its customers.
  5. Maintain a library of technical and commercial data necessary to support the application of products at the customer.
