Job Description

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our industrial division's sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to head your own sales division and work with a market-leading manufacturer of chemicals and lubricants.

We offer a basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000 with the potential to earn up to £100,000 in bonuses as you are targeted on profit. Our sales team has shown impressive results, with some members earning more in bonuses than their basic salary.

In addition to your salary, you will receive 25 days' holiday, with additional days given every two years (capped). We prioritize employee development, offering a range of learning opportunities and clear pathways for career progression.
