Technical Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Leeds or London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our UV-curing business across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and previous sales experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on B2B sales and technical sales. You will be able to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while also identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with key customers, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, conducting market research and analysis, and assisting with tracking sales performance and preparing regular reports.
This role offers a challenging blend of technical expertise, sales skills, and entrepreneurial spirit, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
The salary for this position is £60-80k+, plus a performance bonus.
