Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a sense of community within our development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all health and safety compliance is up to date and maintained.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents to report maintenance issues and coordinate contractor appointments and defect repairs.
  • Conduct daily inspections of communal areas and corridors to ensure they are well-presented and appealing to prospective tenants.
  • Organize minor works between tenancies to maintain a first-class presentation of apartments.
  • Complete check-in and check-out reports, determining deposit returns, and creating a community feel through communication, events, and innovations.
  • Work closely with the Resident Services Manager to ensure H&S statutory requirements are met across the development.
  • Respond to rental enquiries, book viewings, and negotiate offers when needed.
  • Liaise with appointed letting agents during the initial let-up period.
  • Process offers and complete all tenancy documentation when required.
  • Provide first-class customer service to residents, ensuring up-to-date resident communication via various channels.
  • Monitor CCTV when at reception and support with logging parcels and packages.
  • Report any estate maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager and record accidents and incidents.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service ethic and background.
  • BTR/Lettings experience required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Common sense approach, ability to think on their feet, and make considered decisions.
  • Outgoing, warm, and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken etiquette, and IT literacy.
Working Hours and Salary

Working hours: 5 days over 7 (40-hour week), with shifts varying from 8-4, 10-6, or weekends/bank holidays included. Salary: £28,325 plus discretionary 10% bonus.
