About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Graduate to gain experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide individualized support to students with Autism, Speech and Language difficulties, and other Special Educational Needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and providing learning support to students with Autism and other Special Educational Needs
  2. Develop and implement behavior management strategies to support students with challenging behaviors
  3. Collaborate with therapists to create personalized intervention plans and track student progress
  4. Support students in developing their communication, social, and life skills
  5. Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £85-£95 per day, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, PAYE, term time only.

Candidates registering with Academics Ltd will need to have or apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check where appropriate.
