We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Needs Coordinator or Assistant Headteacher with SENCO experience to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Annual Reviews and leading intervention teams, offering a unique opportunity to positively impact our educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Annual Reviews to assess and plan for the educational needs of students.
  • Ideally, a driver to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

The role offers a competitive daily rate based on experience, estimated at £172 per day (£130-£255). Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, enabling them to effectively lead intervention teams and conduct Annual Reviews.

Requirements:
  • Dedicated and experienced SENCO or Assistant Headteacher.
  • SENCO experience essential.
  • Competitive daily rate based on experience.
