We are seeking an experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our dedicated team at Tandridge Learning Trust. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing inspirational teaching to students across all key stages.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to develop engaging lesson plans that promote social and emotional education. The salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also enjoy family-friendly policies, well-established training and development opportunities, and a culture of support and collaboration.

As a key member of our team, you will become part of a strong and successful department within our trust. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality education that meets the needs of our students.
