About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at WTW. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our Health and Benefits (H&B) division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Opportunities: Lead on marketing opportunities for Health & Benefits GB, working closely with our Health & Benefits team of consultants to develop materials that support growth opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Support Request for Proposal (RfP) responses from clients and prospects, ensuring that our proposals are well-crafted and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Network and Representation: Network internally and externally, representing WTW at industry events as appropriate, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Proposition Development: Develop and maintain all H&B propositions, working with proposition owners, core business pillar leaders, and GAL to ensure that all documents and materials are stored in the right locations and updated to maintain relevant information.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of the latest WTW sales materials, value propositions, survey insights, correct format, and style to apply through H&B materials.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Event Management: Conduit for internal and external events, preparing materials, providing resources for presenters, follow-up activities, and support with logistics.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Drive and deliver marketing campaign activity, coordinating the necessary resources to ensure success.
  • Event Planning: Support and plan events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars, etc., that facilitate business development opportunities.
  • Campaign Tracking: Utilize Dynamics CRM tool – Click Dimensions – to create and send mailers, campaign tracking, follow-up, and success measures.
  • External Partnerships: Interface with external resources, such as the Cameron Wells agency, to create and deliver marketing campaign materials.
  • Budget Management: Manage agreed budgets to complete activities, timelines, and resources.
  • External Profile Development: Extend and develop the external profile of WTW H&B, working with PR resources to develop and grow the profile.
  • Professional Association Membership: Co-ordinate external membership with professional associations to drive and develop business development.
  • Thought Leadership: Introduce thought leadership on LinkedIn and other channels, working with subject matter experts to develop content to drive interest.
  • Commercial Focus: Commercial focus to support H&B revenue growth aspirations.
  • Profile Development: Develop profile within H&B and across other lines of business to promote H&B, including key stakeholders, clients, partners, industry influencers.
  • Cross-Sell Support: Collaboration – support activities to develop materials that will facilitate cross-sell to existing clients.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on campaigns and development of H&B materials.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Ad-Hod tasks as requested by Senior Management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills – written and oral communication skills.
  • IT Skills: IT skills – MS Office and particular PP.
  • Deep Knowledge in Health and Benefits: Deep knowledge in Health and Benefits, including benefits administration and flexible benefits as well as a proven track record for marketing support and successful initiatives in a large corporate environment.
  • Interest in Latest Developments: Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in global benefits approaches and contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
  • Language Skills: English language skills required and additional language skills a bonus.
  • Proactive Networking: Proactive networking, internal and external.
  • Digital Technology: Ability to employ and understand digital technology and social media and identify new uses to improve business outcomes.
  • Market Knowledge: Market knowledge / intelligence to help shape proposition and positioning.
  • Strong LinkedIn Profile: Strong and developed LinkedIn profile and experience.
  • CRM System Utilization: Proven ability to utilise CRM systems for marketing campaigns - MS Dynamics would be preferred.
