As a Career Services Skills Instructor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in gaining community employment and enhancing their work skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in gaining community employment
  • Create and participate in community-based activities to promote socialization and skill development
  • Offer personal care and assistance to individuals based on their unique needs

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • A genuine passion and commitment to supporting people with developmental disabilities is essential
  • Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Pass company background and reference checks
