Commercial Opportunity:

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at McBride Sport, leading our sales efforts for a prestigious portfolio of sports properties. As part of our ongoing growth and development, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our revenue growth and expand our global commercial partnerships.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives, identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities across broadcast, sponsorship, and digital media. You will work closely with our retained sports marketing agency to lead high-level negotiations with existing and potential partners, securing favourable terms that maximise revenue and align with our strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior Sales Experience: Extensive experience in a senior sales role within the sports industry, ideally with a sports rights holder, broadcaster, or sponsorship sales.
  • High-Value Deal Negotiation: Proven track record of securing high-value deals (seven-figure deals) and driving revenue growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
