Accounts Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our team at Career Cross Limited.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all purchase ledger transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as required.
- Process expenses and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Support the development of efficient processes and procedures to enhance departmental productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
