**Job Overview**:
Formula One Range, a successful manufacturer of plastic fabrications, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team. As an owner-managed business known for its approachable and hands-on approach, we are looking for an individual who shares our commitment to delivering superior service levels and ensuring total customer satisfaction.
**The main duty expectation**
- Placing glass orders, hardware orders, profile orders, arched frame orders, patio orders & roof orders with relevant suppliers
- Deal with suppliers on daily basis, ensuring deliveries are received in line with order request and supplier lead times & checking order acknowledgements for delivery dates and prices
- Matching up delivery notes to purchase orders
- Passing on all purchase orders to accounts department with all required paperwork attached
- Updating purchase orders received on purchase ledger and chasing up any back orders on order with supplier
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Filing away purchase orders in delivery date order
- Liaising with production and customer services staff to advise of any delays on delivery of product
- Answering telephone to answer queries
- Checking all Job bags to confirm items have been ordered
- Logging complaints and dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis & completing a weekly report
- Booking on Jobs onto excel spreadsheet daily and writing out job bags
- Booking out frames completed by production daily and completing report.
- The applicant will need to be able to work to a high level of efficiency whilst also ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved when placing orders
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to computerise tasks for efficient data entry.
- Experience in clerical duties including typing and filing.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
