Human Resources Leadership Professional

This is a senior-level HR position that requires a seasoned professional to lead our regional Human Resources team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and delivery of HR strategies, with extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in multi-site or regional capacities.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with our overall HR strategy and local business needs. You will also be required to build strong, collaborative relationships with our Centres of Excellence (CoE) teams, ensuring a 'one-team' approach to HR service delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing regional talent initiatives that align with our wider HR strategy and address local needs.
- Partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to maintain accountability for recruitment outcomes while leveraging our CoE support for sourcing and selection strategies.
- Owning the full employee lifecycle within the region, ensuring seamless implementation of HR processes from recruitment to offboarding.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a degree qualification or equivalent, along with professional accreditation at level 7 and associated operational experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will also require extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in multi-site or regional capacities, and a proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and delivery of HR strategies.
