As a Residential Children's Home Director, you will be responsible for leading our Ofsted-rated "Good" home in Dewsbury, ensuring that every resident receives personalized care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading the management team to deliver high-quality care services that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  2. Managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of funds and minimizing waste.
  3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote resident safety and well-being.
  4. Liaising with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  5. Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

We offer a competitive salary up to £48,000 per annum DOE and a full UK driving license is required for this position.
